She also went over everything meticulously and multiple times to make sure I was getting the most out of my refund, which I very much appreciate!
I scheduled a consultation to speak with someone here about filing taxes as a small business. I came in for a 4pm appointment (originally 1pm but H&R moved me to a later time). The person I met with seriously lacked basic customer skills. She treated like I was wasting her precious time the whole time. She also tried to charge me more than what was communicated over the phone. Don’t think I’ll ever be back or use any other services here.
