2 years in a row my returns filing experience have been a nightmare. Poor communication and in a very poor timely manner, mistakes made made and repeated in both return, it seems like the advisors are their own bosses and no one supervise the or do follow up with customer. The way the charge the fees for the service is shady and unclear and when I asked why was so much different I was told "I don't know why" Unbelievable. I los trust and respect for this company, and I'm never using them again.
Total waste of time dealing with this office, they filed an extension for our corporate tax return then refused to file the actual tax return more than a month after meeting with richard from their office. We then received a phone cal from a district managaer noticing that the tax return had not been filed and asked if they could help further.
