I would NOT recommend this location. During my first experience filing taxes with H&R Block, I met with Ada, who took my account, routing, and debit information. A few days later, $400 was withdrawn from my account. When I contacted H&R Block, Ada's assistant stated that there were no charges and that my taxes hadn’t been filed. Later, the manager, Mauricio, informed me that the $400 withdrawal was not from H&R Block. Service here is horrible… they move extremely slow. If you have an appointment you have to wait over an hour from the time of your appointment to be seen. It’s the worst setup ever your best bet is to go to the H&R Block in fields corner or porter sq

Piting is wonderful, very knowledgeable and very friendly. I’ll definitely continue to work with her for as long as she’s working. The Asian lady at the front desk is also very nice. I wish the manager / owner wasn’t so money hungry though and was more of a people’s person. He’s also not an accountant so he shouldn’t be giving advice because he almost lost me as a customer a few months back with his arrogance and ignorance. Nonetheless still giving it a 5 due to the kindness and expertise of Piting.

This office doesnt deserve even half a star. I have been going to this officee for 24 years and had the same wonderful tax preparer. i go to the office and they tell me I had an appointment with xin whom I have never met. i asked the manager why my appointment was changed to another preparer and i was not notified? mr mauricio started yelling at me and telling my preparer was not there. I then asked to rebook my appointment with my preparer and he wouldnt do it. so I walked out. I will never go back to that office. he needs ... read more
