Terrible!!! They charged me $415 to get my taxes done. 35 minutes of service. Website say Federal taxes cost $89, they charged me $185. Plus they state upfront pricing on the website but that obviously did happen. Totally un-ethical. Went back to talk to office manager a few days later but she wasn't able to help me. Would not recommend H&R Block to anyone. Website is totally misleading. I have never paid so much to get my taxes done.
My Tax information was mishandled at this location ever since Kevin left. Please do yourself a favor and do not use this branch
