Advisor Lynda Cramer did not spend adequate time nor exercise diligent care in preparing my taxes. I went to Block Advisors for professional help, gave them every document, allowed them time, offered to meet with them as many times as they needed, but ended up receiving taxes with serious mistakes, thousands of dollars unaddressed, no apology, insults, and being in a worse position than I was walking in.
