Stay away!!! These people will take your money without a second thought. I had Nancy. She’s slow and old and didn’t seem to know how to help me get the most from my taxes. She spent a total of 2.5 hours with me to file two years of taxes. They charged me $650 to file 2023 and $650 to file 2024. Advisor Lynda Cramer did not spend adequate time nor exercise diligent care in preparing my taxes. I went to Block Advisors for professional help, gave them every document, allowed them time, offered to meet with them as many times as they needed, but ended up receiving taxes with serious mistakes, thousands of dollars unaddressed, no apology, insults, and being in a worse position than I was walking in.
