From the warm welcome by the front desk admin, who offered me a variety of beverages, to the TLC in the preparation of my income tax, I can't offer enough praise to this location. Sarah Bushati is a very calming, knowledgeable, kind, and thorough tax prep pro. She took her time explaining everything, and crossed all of the "t"s and dotted all of the "i"s. I am grateful for everyone at this office who helped me through a challenging tax year. I already have next year booked. Looking forward to working with this team again!

Short and empleasant meeting with AndrewLynn. I explained I was new to the US and needed help with my tax return. She immediately jumped to wrong conclusions, whilst rolling her eyes. She doesn't come across as an experienced tax advisor at all. She didn't try to sell the firm's services and expertise. I had all my tax documents with me, she didn't take any interest in seeing them.
