Boban was very knowledgeable, professional and witty. I had scheduled an appointment for 4:45pm (15 minutes before closing) . Unfortunately my appointment was not reflected in the system even though I received a confirmation. Really do appreciate him accommodating me.
From the warm welcome by the front desk admin, who offered me a variety of beverages, to the TLC in the preparation of my income tax, I can't offer enough praise to this location. Sarah Bushati is a very calming, knowledgeable, kind, and thorough tax prep pro. She took her time explaining everything, and crossed all of the "t"s and dotted all of the "i"s. I am grateful for everyone at this office who helped me through a challenging tax year. I already have next year booked. Looking forward to working with this team again!
Great experience. My agent, Talyiah Marissa, explained everything to me while keeping things fun and casual. Definitely going to think about sticking with them for next year.
