Our experience with the advisor was unprofessional. She gave us the impression that she was eager to finish our taxes quickly rather than providing us with thorough guidance. Additionally, she provided us with incorrect advice, which ended up costing us a significant amount of money.

I had a great experience working with Lamiya Khokhawala at Block Advisors in Plainsboro, NJ. She was knowledgeable, patient, and very thorough throughout the entire tax preparation process. Lamiya took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I understood all the deductions and credits I was eligible for. Her professionalism and attention to detail gave me a lot of confidence that my return was in good hands. I highly recommend Lamiya for anyone looking for a reliable and skilled tax preparer.
e-sign process is completly waste and other office staff .. say do online and sometime say...take hardcopy and sign it & upload to portal.. .. i don't know what they want... i think... you guys not doing well.. specilly office staff ( tax preparer was good )... i don't think so.. next year i'll go there for tax return.... ( no choice for this year.. as i already paid..)
It’s very tough to get help from them after the tax season is over they take weeks to respond just to says that they are traveling and couldn’t respond!! 2 years back to back I had issues with them , it thought it was the person Year one they filed a wrong tax returns ! Year 2 they did not know how their system work and I ended paying to IRS.. definitely worst !
