BlissOm is my home away from home and I am so happy to be a part of this community. My practice improved so much since starting here about 9 months ago. I had an almost daily practice anyways but the teachers here really know how to help you get to the next level, whatever you are at in your practice. Really happy to have found this studio. The studio is nice, clean, and the instructors are very knowledgeable, they understand the body and different muscle groups. They do a great job adjusting poses for people with different abilities and injuries. Also they have a good variety of classes everyday.
Best yoga and Pilates I’ve ever tried. Beautiful spot. Room gets nice and hot. Lots of space. Very good instructors and lovely change rooms. The ladies at front desk are lovely too. All around 10/10
I’ve been to a variety of different yoga studios in my life and bliss om has been one of my favorites to come to! The staff is friendly and has made me feel so welcomed! They even started greeting me by my first name within the first few visit. I love the variety of classes but especially love that I can do a class online if I’m not able to make it in studio. Being that I have recently moved to Vaughan, this studio has made me feel at home and found a great community of like minded people.
I can’t say enough amazing things about BlissOm Yoga Light. The space has such a close-knit, supportive community. Every class I’ve taken has been fantastic. The instructors are incredibly knowledgeable and are genuinely invested in helping you grow in your practice. And I have to give a huge shoutout to my girl Dora, who teaches the Sunday Pilates Fusion class... it is hands down my absolute favourite.
