M y daughter bought me a gift certificate since Aug and I have not been able to use it because every time I called no one ever answered and now this business is temporarily out of service. How do i get my money back ?
I had booked a massage for today 9/7/24 I arrived early and found the door locked after driving 30 minutes to get there and paying in advance they never told me they were moving even though I received a text message confirming my appointment on 9/6/24. If someone can please get back to me.
Is this place even still in business? I bought a Groupon and have been trying to contact them for the last three days. I even stopped by the location and the doors where locked. No sign but their business hours and they where supposed to be open.
They were great for a couples massage. I’d come back again when I’m ready!
