Mandi made me feel at ease from the moment my mom entered the Blissful Cottage. I had no doubt that my mom was being cared for. But it was so much more. My fears were dashed. Having a loved one in a care facility is not easy by any means. I don't know how many tears I've cried. The moment I started talking to Mandi, I knew there was going to be a difference. The first day my Mom arrived, Mandi told me I could stay here night and day with my Mom, I was speechless. Wonderful and caring owner and staff. Facility is beautiful. My dad received the best care possible and I’m so thankful for that. They even set me up a suite for my overnights. This place is such a blessing to the community. They can even offer day respite care, nursing home services and hospice. Highly recommend
It was early February when my mother was taken to Blissful Cottage for the last few weeks of her life. I want to express to you, how grateful myself and my family are for the tender care, patience, and kindness you and your staff showed our family. The facilities are amazing with plenty of room for my sister to stay the night when she wanted to be with mom overnight and I thoroughly enjoyed watching the deer in the cardinals from the window overlooking the gardens. What an amazing place. The care my dad is receiving is beyond compare. Mandi and her entire staff have treated my dad like family. They have created an environment where dad feels comfortable and they have catered to exactly what he needs. This is the first place where he is gaining weight, engaging in activities, and is actually smiling again.
