Well I booked 45 mins and got 30 minutes without telling me why! I wasn’t told about an intake form when I booked a hour before which was super long and so when getting there my first time it took 5 minutes or so to fill it in! I could have done that at home! And got the full 45 minutes I’d paid for! I think I should have been told they could just do 30 minutes and not charge me for the 45mins. It was not my fault they felt rushed.
