Booked an appointment with them and showed up at the right time. 5 minutes before the start I was told that I wouldn’t be able to claim any costs as they are not registered with Manulife. Later they mentioned that they usually reach out to the everyone booked via a phonecall to confirm but couldn’t find the time for me. Absolute waste, drove 60 minutes to be told that I can either pay for it or can leave.
