I had a relaxing message there last year after I felt great
Came on short notice. Excellent spa and great all round deep tissue massage.
I showed up with a sharp almost unbearable pain in my shoulder, neck and upper back in need of a hot stone massage. Theo did an excellent job - I left feeling so much better! He is extremely knowledgeable and skilled. I have tried tens of massage places but this one by far is the best. Thank you so much Theo!
Ian was a delight! He is skilled, respectful, kind, and gave helpful information that improved my back pain considerably.
My mum and I had a massage here tonight and we both loved it. I had Ian as my massage therapist and he was AMAZING! Highly recommend!!! Will definitely come back on my next visit to Banff! :)
