Couldn't be happier with both photos and her customer service! I contacted Shawnna on short notice to do a 50th-anniversary photo shoot for my parents after multiple other photographers failed to respond to my queries, and she was incredible to work with. My dad has Alzheimer's and can be a bit difficult at times, but she was patient and very kind, and he responded really well. Wonderful! Absolutely Wonderful! She was so helpful and thoughtful of how I wanted my pictures to turn out and helped me adjust what was needed. She didn't just take my senior photos she also worked with me and added input. 100% would recommend!
