Had a mattress delivered recently and the delivery service was excellent. Gave me a call an hour prior to arrival and were right on time. Nothing was too much trouble, even bagging up the old mattress before they took it away. Very friendly and professional. So good to deal with good people. Only down side was they were North Melbourne supporters.
