Want to upset a daughter for no reason? Order from them. I ordered a dress for my daughter on 3/15 after being assured it would ship next business day (Monday). It did not ship and after my wife checked in it was shipped Thursday. Her prom is 4/4 and the dress is still not here. I have reached out to the store 3 times via email and twice by phone to get assistance and have not heard a peep back. Yesterday my 14 year old and her three step sisters went into this store looking for Quincanera dresses. The brunette employee tried to find every reason not allow them to try dresses on. First reason, they didn’t have an adult. One of the girls was 19 and even offered to show her ID and they told her they needed a different “proper” adult. (What does that even mean?)
