Pros & Cons: Pro: Susie saved the day! When we found the beading was ruined on our baptism dress, she got ahold of the warehouse in search of any stock available, had them send it to the store and kept me in the loop with phone calls. I was SUPER scared it wouldn’t be here on time and she took amazing care of me. If I come back to Bliss, it’s 100% because of Susie. Con: Redhead with glasses. I am a bigger girl who has recently lost quite a bit of weight. I wanted to get myself a fluffy princess dress because now I fit in them. I have money to drop for it too. Went into the store, picked a dress to try to get an idea of my size in those dresses before really looking (because they don’t have all sizes in all options). Want to upset a daughter for no reason? Order from them. I ordered a dress for my daughter on 3/15 after being assured it would ship next business day (Monday). It did not ship and after my wife checked in it was shipped Thursday. Her prom is 4/4 and the dress is still not here. I have reached out to the store 3 times via email and twice by phone to get assistance and have not heard a peep back.
