I was looking for a mother of the groom dress. Bliss didn't have a huge selection but I found a dress. Next hurdle: there wasn't enough lead time to order it for regular delivery and the manufacturer wouldn't do a rush because of the Chinese New Year. The dress was pretty close to my size and the right color. Bliss let me buy it off the rack and their seamstress altered it for me. It was perfect! Loved it! Thank you, Bliss!

I went to Bliss bridal on 3/7/15 to look for bridesmaid dresses. I was having a hard time with the color that I wanted. When I went in there the one girl was trying to be very helpful but every color she was showing me was not what I wanted. They asked me to show them a picture of the color I wanted so I did. My fiancé made a mistake and ordered her bridesmaid dresses from this local store. Their customer service and follow up has been horrible. The 5 of the 6 bridesmaid dresses showed up a month late and all sized wrong. The last remaining dress is still unaccounted for, and the store owner and Craig have done nothing to help this situation. I have never written a review on any of these sites before but I feel compelled to warn any brides who are looking into using Bliss Bridal Boutique. At first we had a lovely experience at Bliss picking our bridesmaid dresses. We ordered the sizes that were decided by the staff there. When our dresses came in we looked like a bunch of misfits because the sizes were way to big. There were a lot of alterations to be done. Horrible customer service. Would not recommend to anyone under any circumstance. Stay away from this place!
