Very helpful sales associate and cute clothes, but the manager (blonde lady with hair pulled back high and tight) would not stop absolutely STARING me down. It felt like she was watching me like a hawk because I didn’t quite fit the vibe of the store, and that I was somehow suspicious. I really shouldn’t have spent my $800~ there, but I did like the clothes. Manager needs help treating all visitors like paying customers.
Took ages to find the right pair. Throughout, sales woman was pleasant and helpful. Definitely go there again.
The dressing rooms have zero privacy and for the price of the items I’d like to try them on prior to purchasing. It’s extremely uncomfortable trying items on when there are men in the store and they can see right through the 3” curtain openings on each side of the curtains.
UPDATED REVIEW: Have resolved & since provided refund. Ordered a pair of jeans that were lost in transit by UPS. UPS confirmed the parcel was lost and that the claim had already been settled with Bliss Boutiques. I’ve contacted the store multiple times over several months and haven’t received any response or resolution. Very disappointing customer service.
I would like to thank Julia, Dragon, Alison, and another employee thank you for all your help. I love my new jeans. Again they were very helpful and not pushy. They have a great staff at this store.
