Walked in and heard the young lady with the bob whisper “Who would want to shop at bliss at this time” I had gone at 10am when they open, I don’t understand, I went at the time they advertised. I would not have gone that early if I knew the workers didn’t want to work. if you’re unhappy with your job then quit. This is not the first time I’ve heard of bad costumer service. Such cute things to look at and amazing jewelry! Went with a friend, got a couple gifts for my boyfriend. Just uncomfortable and quiet, no greeting when you walk in; which is fine! it was just very quiet-felt the need to whisper, asked the 2 beautiful ladies at the register how there day was and didnt get any response just got told the total of my stuff which was weird since the 2 white ladies who checked out before us had a nice conversation with them. Customer service is amazing. I didn’t have much time to look at all the beautiful items in this shop but I was able to find my daughter’s teacher a gift thanks to the wonderful sales team. They showed me around and told , pointed out a few things her teacher might like and why she might like it . They even gift wrap my items in a bag with a bow and bell . I was then encouraged at the register to sign up for rewards program points and invited to come back soon . It was such a great experience and look forward to going back.
This is a very nice boutique with clothes, jewelry and gifts. A large selection of fashionable, well-made clothes. Friendly staff. They do get busy on weekends.
