Their policy to only give refunds one week after classes start is just a way to rip kids off. They are only open M-Th 7:30 to 5 and Friday to 1. My student works MWF 7-6 and goes to class at RELLIS all day T/Th. He tried to take $350 worth of unopened books back today and they refused to take them. We won’t be buying from them anymore.
worst company on earth...ordered online...waited 3 weeks...just walked into store...these people will not be kind or apologize because no one wants to do their job thats why i dont recommend
Ordered online!!! It took me longer to get to the book store than it did to pick up my books!!
