Edited and updated following BlindX response. Thanks Alex. It’s interesting you replied to our review within hours but we have not heard from you since 20 April. I do not believe that constitutes working with us to find a solution. You did replace the fabric within a few weeks of us following up with you, yes. To be clear it is not ‘one problem window’ - both windows have issues. Of course foam was added to fill the gaps. Agreed. It doesn’t do the job however. On both windows, not one. We did not have a good experience with BlindX. We ordered Blackout blinds for our bedroom - 2 small windows and a set of French doors. The blinds did not stop the light right from the start. Alex has been back twice to make the top rollover flap bigger, replace the fabric in the small windows , and insert more black foam around the frames, which is visible and ugly. The replacement fabric has a small pinhole which leaks light, and we still have light leaks through the fabric itself and in different spots around the frames. A... read more

Very happy with our new blockout blinds. We recently had Alex come out to install blinds in our new home after having such a great experience in our previous house. Once again, he delivered excellent service. Communication was clear and prompt throughout the entire process, and the installation was completed quickly and professionally. The blinds look fantastic and are completely blockout. Highly recommend!
