Donna gave me super customer service. She is professional, and very thorough. She walked me through the different choices and types of blinds I could pick, and gave me recommendations. This was so helpful to me because I really wasn’t sure what would look good in my house. The installer Brad came and put in the blinds with no mess, he is such a great guy to talk to. The blinds perfectly fit all my windows, I’m very pleased, thank you for your exceptional service.

the wand mechanism broke on my vertical blinds that i bought from home depot so i called them to see about a replacement part and they said they don't carry parts so i would have to go online to find the parts, so i called donna at blinds kelowna to see if they carried any parts and she said they would have to know what make and any other info i could give her. i had all the info on the top rail that i sent her and she phoned me back and informed me there was a five year warranty on the brand of blinds i bought and she order... read more
