Helpful, Knowledgeable, Welcoming – The Blindside shop is my first choice when it comes to clothing, gifts and snowboard and skate gear. The staff is very nice and helpful and if they ever don't have anything that you want they will make sure they get it for you. A go to show known and respected in the industry.
Great Shop all around – I have been a customer to blindside for years now and everytime I go in I am simply amazed. I am greeted by a friendly staff and check out their product in such a great environment. This past winter season I was unsure what snowboard I would be looking for with all the camber and reverse camber hype. The person who helped me let me use a reverse camber demo board and then I was hooked. Blindside is the best shop I've ever been to.
Terrible Experience will NEVER USE AGAIN! – This place is rediculous... first they charged me 42.00 for a base grind when the competition charges 10.00 then they switched my stance on my bindings claiming I ride wrong. Oh, I guess riding since 1993 I don't know anything? And being a foot taller than these clowns means I should use their stance? I will NEVER shop with them again nor will I recommend them.
These guys know snowboarding! There customer service smokes the competition. – I've shopped all the snowboard shops in the valley and hands down blindside is the place to go. Just tell Mo to take care of you and he'll make sure to give you a screaming deal! They really go out of their way to take care of their customers.
Best skate/board shop in Utah – I read the review posted in Feb ' 06 and have they ever turned things around. There is a new owner, the store is full of great products, the service is friendly/informed/interested. I'd recommend it to anyone.
Horrible – Blindside has taken a turn for the worst. I think they must have recently changed managers because about a month ago they had better selection, better service, and I enjoyed shopping there. Now everyone is rude (if I even get acknowledged at all) and they have the worst selection in womens clothing. Whatever they did differently in the last month they might want to consider fixing because I know that won't go back and I have a lot of friends that feel the same way.
