AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS! The most sketchy company i have ever dealt with. After giving a $2000 deposit for blinds for my new home, was told months later that the blinds i ordered were not available. Was also told I could not get a refund as any cheque written to me would bounce. He says "What can I tell you? I have no money to give you your money back." He was waiting for a big government contract to come through to have a positive cash flow in the bank. I had to to take 2 afternoons off work and 6 phone calls later ... read more
Buyer Beware. I ordered blinds and was promised a two week to one month turnaround. Two months later and I still didn't have a product, and none of my phone calls were returned. Went into the store multiple times and was promised it would be delivered and installed in 2 weeks (this went on for over a month). Ended up having to get my money back through the credit card company.
