Buyers BEWARE!!! Do NOT order from this company!! If I knew I would be this stressed out from ordering two 1" horizontal, cordless & wandless, aluminum blinds, I would have NEVER ordered from them. Horrible customer service. In the end, they refused to send the blinds back to be adjusted. Eeesentially, they told me, the way the blinds close on the showroom floor, is the way that they close, and there's nothing they could do about it. Fabric on solar shade is great, customer service is always great. The bracket system is not the best thought could make improvements.
I am completely fuming on the safety of the my roller blinds in my apartment with the use of chains. At the time of ordering these blinds, I couldn't afford the motorized as they were too expensive and not affordable. Secondly, the chains are unsafe for children regardless of the cover to prevent strangulation. All these are completely plastic and easily for children to break and have the blinds fall down on them.
