They are quick to take your call to make a sale, the quality is really just so so, stitching coming out after a few months, improperly installed blinds, and when you go to get Customer Service, they tell you there’s no one available to come and fix the issues. I am completely fuming on the safety of the my roller blinds in my apartment with the use of chains. At the time of ordering these blinds, I couldn't afford the motorized as they were too expensive and not affordable. Secondly, the chains are unsafe for children regardless of the cover to prevent strangulation. All these are completely plastic and easily for children to break and have the blinds fall down on them. **DO NOT BUY FROM BLINDS TO GO - ZERO STARS IF I COULD** This is hands down the worst window covering company I've ever dealt with. Save yourself the headache and go literally anywhere else. I purchased 6 sets of blinds from them for my home. When one of the larger blinds broke due to two failed components, I discovered their absolutely ridiculous policy: they don't sell replacement parts. AT ALL.
