I should have read these reviews first. My order hasn't been shipped for close to a month now. The customer service via Chat is always repeating the same excuse, that my order has been shipped and it does not have any tracking number. At one point it was even already delivered but then returned to their warehouse.
The staff there are even worse than the poor-quality products they sell.
Horrific experience marred by 11-week delivery delay. My experience with Blinds to Go highlighted serious internal and customer communication failures. First, their website wouldn't allow me to book a consultation online, forcing me to call in, yet the appointment was still miscommunicated and a sales representative arrived on the wrong date. Preposterous post-sales service. I have tried for over three weeks to have my shutter frame repaired. Nobody is returning calls, nor is anybody being of any assistance. I will escalate my request until I get help.
They are quick to take your call to make a sale, the quality is really just so so, stitching coming out after a few months, improperly installed blinds, and when you go to get Customer Service, they tell you there’s no one available to come and fix the issues. It’s worth going with a more expensive option to save the hassle down the road, because the lack of customer service and the poor quality will cost you more.
