Several days have passed and we have still not heard back after following your instructions to ‘reach out’. A huge coincidence! We had skylight blinds installed and after the install, our 4 year old tv which had been moved to the side of the work area, was turned on, and was discovered to be damaged. The company questioned the installer who denied causing any damage. No effort was made to compensate us. On a positive note the installation itself was great.
we bought 6 serenely shades with remote power - Chrystal Baker-Savage greeted us at store on Upper Wentworth- she was so very patient and helpful in showing us all options . we ordered on March 13 and they were installed by Adam(045) on March 31. (nothing but very positive comments)- sales, installation and quality were the best-- plus made in Montreal now we are considering doing the other rooms in in condo Elaine & Mac Mackinnon
