Salesman Brian explained the pros and cons of every blind I was interested in and was not pushy at all. My order was quick and efficient and beautiful blinds were installed in two weeks.
Well, the service is good but one electric blind doesn’t work ( so it’s back at factory for who knows how long) which isn’t the stores fault. Also, the blinds in the kitchen didn’t come with a valance. We never would’ve ordered without a valance because it looks bad. We will see if this is rectified so for now I’ll rate in the middle.
I’m extremely disappointed with the level of service I’ve received. My blinds were installed incorrectly, and despite multiple emails and phone calls, I received no response for over two months. Shortly after installation, one of the motorized blinds stopped working entirely. A technician came to remove it for repair nearly three weeks ago, leaving me without blinds on that window since. Crystal was wonderful. Had to bring a blind in for repair and while there Crystal helped me with purchase of other blinds. Very pleasant and helpful. Repair and order were taken care of very quickly and efficiently!
