Terrible Terrible customer service. I Bought 2 sets of blinds that broke less than a year from purchase date. I was told when purchasing the blinds that i have a year warranty and to bring them back for replacement if anything breaks. When i returned the broken track i was told they will not fix or replace it. Will never buy from here again. Warranty is a lie. They will not fix anything that breaks with your blinds.
the service of this place is truly disgusting. they are such disrespectful people who do not hear anyone out. when i tried to return my blinds THAT WERE BROKEN and i only had them for less than a year, they were very disrespectful and even trying to prove my point to them and talk to them they’re outrageously rude, they kept saying “it’s your fault”, do things not break? if it breaks less than a year it’s obviously not good quality. their terrible customer service just adds more negativity to their company. never buy from th... read more
I am so disgusted with the customer service at this company. I used them for my entire house, with a lifetime warranty. I have called and emailed without response. I have 5 tracks that do not work properly. They want me to send them the track, wait for them to determine if the track can be fixed or needing to be replaced. Destiny said they can't just send new tracks, it would be too costly for the company. She also told me they are going to send me temporary window coverings while mine are being evaluated. Fabric quality was terrible for the amount I spent. I would look elsewhere. Warranty only covers mechanical component not the poor quality fabric on the zebra blind. 2 of the nine blinds purchased are already fraying
