Fabric quality was terrible for the amount I spent. I would look elsewhere. Warranty only covers mechanical component not the poor quality fabric on the zebra blind. 2 of the nine blinds purchased are already fraying
Update: The store has agreed to replace the panels and then remove the ones that are too long so I will have decent coverage on my patio doors. I am satisfied with this and now awaiting the correct panels. The store staff are great. Very helpful and knowledgeable. I have had a very disappointing experience with the installation. Whether due to his being misogynistic, or if ageism is his issue, the installer flatly refused to heed my request to have the verticals sit just above the door frame. The store staff are great. Very helpful and knowledgeable. I have had a very disappointing experience with the installation. Whether due to his being misogynistic, or if ageism is his issue, the installer flatly refused to heed my request to have the verticals sit just above the door frame. My concern was that they would drag along the frame, become dirty in no time. These are cloth and not washable. He insisted that they be just below the frame, barely above the floor. Look no further, this is the best store in the county to buy blinds. The staff are extremely helpful & knowledgeable, there is a wide selection, and the prices are competitive. I’ve bought blinds here several times and couldn’t be happier.
