I had a cord break on my 5 year old blinds, I called Dustin about how I could fix it myself and he went completely over and above for me. Although it was out of warranty he ordered me a new cord on the spot and is coming to fix it for me. The best service I have ever received! (I also love my blinds 5 years later as well which is a bonus)

I purchased blinds from blinds plus last summer and I was totally amazed at the service. They were very prompt and professional. The one thing I was really impressed with along with the professionalism was that the top bar when installed was about 1/8” too short. You couldn’t even see it but the installer said it has to be redone. I said it’s fine. Just leave it. He said no it has to be perfect. I will definitely refer him to everyone
Best advice and service ever! Asked for help with repairing a legacy Hunter Douglas blind. Dustin came by to personally verify the parts required. Then Nelson came over and repaired it right on site. Very kind, and very resourceful. When we decide to update, we will be purchasing from Blinds Plus
