I called Blinds plus recently and Dustin answered right away. The chain on my blind had broken that morning but Dustin came over that anfternoon and fixed it!! For free🥳🥳 Unbelievable service and a really nice guy. This is a great company too, as all my blinds have been installed by Blinds Plus, Vernon!
We have had outstanding service from Dustin and Mark of Blinds Plus. We had a warranty issue which they fixed for us promptly and effiiently. These installers definitely know what they are doing. We would not hesitate to recommend Blinds Plus to anyone looking for quality products, and outstanding service, both before and after the sale.
I had a cord break on my 5 year old blinds, I called Dustin about how I could fix it myself and he went completely over and above for me. Although it was out of warranty he ordered me a new cord on the spot and is coming to fix it for me. The best service I have ever received! (I also love my blinds 5 years later as well which is a bonus)
