At the time, Dave, who acted as the sales rep, made us believe the blinds we purchased were what we were looking for when actually they were not😔 Received a voicemail from Blinds Plus to see what they can do to make my review a five star. A year ago, when we moved to Summerland we made a big order for all our windows so 7 motorized blinds and 3 regular ones. The installation went well and the sales person was very nice and helpful. Although the price was high, it was competitive with other companies. So we were pleased at the time. However when it came time to recharge our motorized blinds, we found out that one of seven was defectuous and would not charge. Given it was still on warranty and our experience at purchase we thought it would be easy to get a fix.... read more
