A year after the installation of our blinds, we had a need for longer wands for opening and closing the blinds. Our mother had moved in and she’s a bit short haha. So, Carl had arranged to replace the shorter wands at no charge for us. I had certainly expected to be charged for this product. He told me no charge. Wow, that was definitely service after the sale. Thank you so much!
