We have been using Blinds Plus for the past 18 years. Mr. Carl Phillips is very friendly and personable. He replies to my texts promptly. He is very easy to work with. Jared is the one who comes to install the blinds, he is well-mannered and respectful. He always arrives promptly. Highly recommend them, because they are reasonable and do an excellent job. If you have a problem they will come back without hesitation. Thank you so much.
From the first phone call to the in person discussion and to the final installation, what a pleasure working with Carl and Jarad from Blinds Plus. So professional and pleasant + had a sense of urgency, didn't leave us waiting for weeks - it makes all the difference. Beautiful job on the installation by Jarad. Had our plantation shuttle doors installed four years ago through Blinds Plus so I wasn’t sure if Carl would be able to repair a minor issue. So glad I reached out as he scheduled me right away and sent Jared. Jared was extremely professional and pleasant. He was able to repair the issue as well as correct and tighten the louvers on the plantation shuttle doors. I would highly recommend this company to everyone looking for window treatments! They are extremely affordable and professional!
Bought plantation shutters for all windows five years ago from Blinds Plus. All went well. Had a problem with one (our fault) recently. Called and tech was out here within 24 hours and repair is done. Couldn’t be happier. Highly recommend!
