They made the whole process very easy, I basically didn’t need to do anything and they took care of all the details for me. I Would definitely go back to them and definitely recommend to anyone who is looking to purchase blinds.
Originally would've given 4+ stars but have to drop to 1 star. We were told their battery motors last 6 months only to discover it lasts 2 weeks. The sales rep sends a technician to investigate and we're told that it is correctly lasting 2 weeks only. Apparently for Galaxy blinds this is the expected behaviour. It was falsely advertised. Sales rep proceeds to ghost me and stop responding.
Had this arched window and didn’t know what would look best for it. The specialist ( Parsa ) was super professional, recommended few options and we ended up going with zebras on top which turned out amazing Fast service, Affordable prices and really high quality Definitely recommending
I wouldn't recommend dealing with them. My contact person was Parsa...they were supposed to come to take measurements - no one showed up. Sent texts / calling up - NO ONE ANSWERED... This situation has happened a couple of times during the negotiation , but apparently this is a norm over there... so to work with a guy/ firm with whom the communication isn't working, already before the project has been done - isn't a good idea ( to say the least)...also what will happen if there is an issue after the installation??? I gave up... read more
