Knowledgable hard working staff, helped fix and clean our blinds
Well I only got to speak to them on the phone. After asking if they carried a certain product I liked the look of he told me there were "lots of other places to shop if I wanted something cheap like that". Apparently despite my wife and I owning multiple properties, our business is beneath him and he could tell by just my voice that his services were far above our pay grade.
