Well I only got to speak to them on the phone. After asking if they carried a certain product I liked the look of he told me there were "lots of other places to shop if I wanted something cheap like that". Apparently despite my wife and I owning multiple properties, our business is beneath him and he could tell by just my voice that his services were far above our pay grade. Joe and Will did a great job covering 4 windows in my livingroom. On budget and a couple weeks faster than expected. Couldn't ask for better service.

My initial experience with this business was positive when I had new blinds installed. However, I sent a broken blind from another window with Joseph for repair at that time, and have yet to get this back. This was in January 2021, and it is now September. I sent multiple emails and made multiple phone calls, and was continuously given reasons why the blind was not repaired yet (COVID delays were blamed).
