Worst customer service I've ever experienced! Went into the Dartmouth location for bathroom window treatment options. Woman took my name, address and cell number. I was excited to start the process of installing a Hunter Douglas shutter in my renovated bathroom to complete the project. A day later the owner called me to set up a time to come measure my window. Easy peasy and they look great and both sales and install people were terrific
We have used Blinds & Designs several times. Their products are reliable and exceed our expectations. They are a pleasure to work with and are knowledgeable. They have provided us with good advice on blinds that we are using with great results.
Gavin and Jeff were very good installing the 3 blinds. They were friendly, informative and cleaned up after themselves. Great job these blinds were what I needed.
