Gavin and Jeff were very good installing the 3 blinds. They were friendly, informative and cleaned up after themselves. Great job these blinds were what I needed.
Tyler was excellent… Knowledgeable and explained everything in detail with regard to our shutter adjustments Our shutters were installed 15 years ago by Blinds and Designs…still in great shape but definitely needed tweaking Tyler did the job!!! Highly recommended
I called them yesterday— the woman took my info for someone else to call me back. This afternoon I got a call from Steve who seemed bothered by my attempt to give them business. Maybe because it wasn’t a big job doing every window in the house. Maybe he was having a bad day? Either way, I was not impressed by the way he handled the call. In comparison to another blind provider that has been nothing but service oriented, came out to measure, show samples, and provide an estimate.
