I had a mini blind installed in the window 2 years ago. I contacted Steve because I pulled too hard and it jump the track. Steve came out that very day, fixed it and Refused to charge me for his time. Great company!!!!
I called the store in Canton for help with two new windows: a 5-section bow window and a slider. Terry immediately returned my call and made an appointment for the next day. In just a few minutes, she identified two options for honeycomb blinds. She came the following day to show me the choices, measure, and place the order. It has now been over a year since I left my last review at Steve's request. After multiple calls and texts last year met by many "I'll get back to you" with no follow up, I finally gave up. I understand there are supply chain issues, but the lack of communication is frustrating. We will look elswhere to have our damaged shutter replaced.
I highly recommend Blinds and Designs. I’ve used them several times for both Roman shades and plantation shutters... every window in my house now has a window treatment from Blinds and Designs. I couldn’t be happier with the finished products. Steve is fantastic... he’s professional and friendly. I really appreciated his willingness to sit and help me look through the hundreds of fabric samples to find the perfect fabric to complement each room.
Completed an addition on my house and wanted to install plantation shutters on my windows. Visited this store and my first impression was that the store was dirty and unkempt. The woman with whom I spoke did not seem to be familiar with the product line that I was interested in and I felt as if I was being rushed out of the store.
