Ultimately we are happy with our shutters and drapes, however the process of working with this business is the reason for the two star review. We placed our order for our window treatments in January and was assured they’d be in around March. Our drapes were installed incorrectly in April and our shutters were installed incorrectly in May. The shutters proceeded to be problem until June. We are understanding of manufacturer errors, but there was very poor communication from the office on timelines
I went in for a repair. I didn’t realize I was at the wrong business. Apparently, there’s one across the street as well. So glad I made a mistake and stayed. They couldn’t have been kinder more honest, responsible, professional, not all mistakes are bad!!! It was a simple repair to them, but to me it was a huge service as I thought I would’ve had to replace the blind. 5 star review all day every day
Ordered blinds for our new bathroom, talked to Al who made ordering an easy process. Couldn't be happier with the finished product. Would recommend to anyone needing high quality and great service!
We were very happy with our blinds and shades, until we needed a repair, only a small connector was needed to insert and connect a panel that was hanging loose, as we have a lifetime warranty included with our purchase as stated on the website. The owner did come out to see the panel, he did try to repair with a wire, but it did not last, for the amount we paid a simple plastic connector should have been no issue. Very disappointed.
They said they could restring my cellular shade for $75.00. I dropped it off and they called tge next day to say they couldn’t do the job , the shade had a poor design and to pick it up. I picked up the shade and was charged $30.00 for cleaning. Which I never asked for, nor was it necessary as the shade was in good condition. Afterward, I took the shade to another establishment and they were able to fix it in one day.
