I needed 5 skylight blinds for my condo, and two of which were for high cathedral ceiling settings. Everyone from the office staff, owner, and the gentleman who installed the shades were great to work with. The blinds work exactly as needed, blocking out the heat while still giving me the natural light I love. Overall great custom service, and I would highly recommend them.
Loved working with Ken at Blinds & Designs by Nicolette. He was knowledgeable, helpful and meticulous in measuring and installing blinds. They have transformed our space. Very easy to use. He listened intently to our wishes and made them real. We would recommend them to friends and family.
Terrible service. I bought blinds for 2 windows. 3 visits just for measurements. Took 8 weeks to have them made. Just got new windows and asked them to reinstall them. Nothing is simple with them. They just waste my time. Question after question.
Ultimately we are happy with our shutters and drapes, however the process of working with this business is the reason for the two star review. We placed our order for our window treatments in January and was assured they’d be in around March. Our drapes were installed incorrectly in April and our shutters were installed incorrectly in May. The shutters proceeded to be problem until June. We are understanding of manufacturer errors, but there was very poor communication from the office on timelines
I went in for a repair. I didn’t realize I was at the wrong business. Apparently, there’s one across the street as well. So glad I made a mistake and stayed. They couldn’t have been kinder more honest, responsible, professional, not all mistakes are bad!!! It was a simple repair to them, but to me it was a huge service as I thought I would’ve had to replace the blind. 5 star review all day every day
