The customer service is terrible. I spent 3 months and at least 10 phone calls speaking to at least 5 different employees, trying to order a charger for my electric blinds. They kept promising me they were sending it out right away, and then it would never arrive, nor would they ever follow up, although they promised to do so. I finally went elsewhere, and that company delivered the charger to my door within 2 days.
Absolutely the worst customer service I've ever experienced. I have been waiting for over a month for a QUOTE and for replacement parts. They say that they send something but don't. Wont provide tracking numbers because nothing was ever sent. They even started ignoring my calls until I called with a private number.
