Jen and Ron was really pleasant and professional couple to work with. Ron came to my office/house when I just moved to Edmonton and he took the measurement for all the windows. They sent me a quote soon after the measurement was done and the price was very reasonable. I came to their showroom office about a week later to check out their blind samples. We got our blinds from Blinds by Jen a little over 2 years ago. We recently had a minor issue with them, and were willing to pay for the repair, but guess what?They have 3 years warranty! Really mind-blowing! Highly recommend to anyone!
Had an excellent experience getting our blinds done by Jen and her team! They are very responsive, friendly and had everything done sooner than I expected. They installed our blinds at a convenient time for me and worked around my schedule. Their prices were also much better than other companies we inquired with. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for blinds.
