This company took my deposit 3 months ago and have had no contact from them since....despite my calls and emails. Have put in a complaint to Hunter Douglas, BBB and getting refunded by my bank. Go elsewhere.

BE AWARE! Make sure you get everything after your blinds installation before you pay them ! I ordered the powerview for my house and did not get the chargers , when i got the invoice , the owner told me she will order them and get them to me LAST DECEMBER! I tried to contact her three months later , she told me she is ordering them , one month went by , she is not answering my calls anymore !

Had 2 companies come and quote me for skylight blinds. This one was late for the visit, didn't tell me she'd be late ( until I texted... Where are you) and I never even got the cost quote that was to be sent by email. Not wasting my time witha company this disorganized. Went with other vendor.

Very disappointed that the free consultation didn't happen and that the company didn't even have the courtesy to phone to cancel. We waited for more than 2 hours. When I tried calling the business was closed for the day.
