Alen arrived when he said he would and immediately attended to my blinds’ faults, which he resolved in a highly efficient, prompt and pleasant manner. His fee was very reasonable. I’d called him to deal with 1 blind, but realised another required attention as well. Alen rectified that blind without any additional charge, aside from the faulty part which needed replacement. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone in need of a blind repair.

I was referred to Blinds and Shutters to deal with my roman blind disaster. This was not a big job. Alen contacted me pretty much after I sent the enquiry. He arranged an inspection very promptly after that and within 2 days I had ordered the replacement and been given an estimated installation date. That date was met and the blind is exactly what I wanted. I am so pleased with the service and quality that I am going to have Blinds and Shutters replace my ageing blinds through the house.
