I needed a new blade for my Adjustable Trinidad Awning after it was damaged by a falling tree. A simple request I thought. I took the damaged blade into their premises and Melissa took the measurements. This was mid May 2024. I followed up and I was told that Luxaflex hasn't yet replied to them and they will be in touch shortly. I've not heard from them. In my opinion, it's not good service.
