Horrible customer service, zero communication, and misleading pricing. Dropped off my blinds here to get them fixed, and from the get-go, the experience was terrible. The older gentleman at the front didn’t greet us or acknowledge us properly. I had to ask for a quote, which he eventually provided after briefly looking at the blinds and saying it was probably just the cord, and that it would be $22 per cord. Best place in the world for blind repair, been here few times already and it's great everytime!
Excellent and quickly repair on a levolor top down bottom up blind. Everything works so far. The repair charge is very reasonable. They definitely get my referral. They have recently re-stringed another levolor blind for me perfectly. Keep up the excellent work!
I needed restringing of a Hunter Douglas blind. Blind Wash did it quickly and competently for a good price. I dropped the blind off one day and picked it up the next morning. Highly recommend this company.
