Brought my blinds in to get fixed, as I was told by another blind company that they couldn’t fix them (that I would have to spend big money to replace them). The staff at Blind Shiners were able to fix them at a fraction of the cost, and kept me well informed throughout the process. I would highly recommend their services to everyone.
I went in to fix my roller blind. I had broken the pull chain and it had come off the roll. The gentleman fixed it in 10 minutes. When asked him how much he’d charge he said no cost. I gave him a $20 tip. He was sob kind, courteous. , and professional. I was over the moon pleased with him.

Ordered new blinds similar to what I had brought for cleaning that somehow got a rip in them. I was very specific that I wanted blinds that would block out as much light as possible. When we finally got our blinds, there was an error and we agreed to take the one with a motorized control for more money.I did not ever receive a receipt. When we noticed that the blinds were not whet we asked for Gord dodged us for a couple of weeks.
