Ordered new blinds similar to what I had brought for cleaning that somehow got a rip in them. I was very specific that I wanted blinds that would block out as much light as possible. When we finally got our blinds, there was an error and we agreed to take the one with a motorized control for more money.I did not ever receive a receipt. Talked to the owner at the Home and Garden Show on April 3rd. He told me that they have been in business for a long time because of their great customer service. Based on that I sent an email on April 5th asking about blinds. No response. On April 8th I stopped into their location and spoke with the guy that installs the blinds (the owner was out). Very friendly staff! Took a curtain in to be repaired got it back the following day...working great. I would definitely recommend this place!
Our experience with Blind Shiners was a gong show. After five weeks waiting on our blinds, we were told they were “in the system” but he had no idea what kind, color or measurements we ordered. He said on three occasions he would figure it out and call me back. He never did, I always had to call him. He texted once to the wrong phone number.
