Called the gentleman at least three times left two texts. He does not return phone calls. Finally, after I got a hold of him after five or six attempts, he told me that he can’t repair my blind because he’s in the process of moving and don’t have the parts and simply just doesn’t want to do it. Amazing how you have to track people down when they advertise they repair blinds, but they blow you off and don’t return phone calls
David did an excellent job repairing blinds for me. I was happy he could do so because all the blinds in the house matched. Great communciation with convenient and easy process for drop off / pickup.
