Kudos to Ray (owner) and Matt (His Son )who helped me with getting my blinds upgraded under a life time warranty. They also had the manufacturer of my custom blinds pay for the costs of the service call of removing the old ones and placing new brackets for the upgraded version. * OMG - What a huge difference ! * These are SO user friendly. We bought a house with a curved glass sunroom from the 80s or 90s and could not find any companies who could help us with new shades until we found Blind & Shade Products. We had a great experience installing shades in our home with Blind and Shade Products, and we would definitely recommend them. It was very easy to communicate with them, and they were on time to all of the appointments. We appreciated them coming to our home with different samples so that we could see how different shades would look in our home. This is by far the best experience I have ever had with a window treatment company. I’ve had issues in the past but with this company they did everything exactly as I asked and promptly. The installers worked with my schedule and made sure I was happy with the service after completion. I also got to meet the owner, who was an absolute delight to work with. Highly recommend this company if you’re looking for professionalism at a fair price.
