Joe did a great job keeping me updated on when he would arrive at my home and showed up as scheduled. He was very professional and was friendly. He asked good questions to understand my issue and utilized the Levolor call center to try to resolve the issue. The unit was deemed to be unrepairabe and was still under warranty and he helped us to get the replacement sent. He came back when it arrived, installed it and set up my remote control to operate it. I called Blind repair and made an appointment for Joe to come out the next week. When he got here he had his everything he needed and repaired two of our plantation blinds on the spot at a very reasonable cost.
