Joe was wonderful in resolving the dilemma with two of my large set of window blinds that would no longer open or close. To replace them would have cost a fortune and the options were not ideal since manufacturers no longer make similar blinds to fit my oversized windows. I appreciated his prompt replies to my text messages, the fair pricing for the repairs, and his ability to quickly resolve the problem. We had Joe repair several sets of plantation shutters for us. They were not closing properly. He was able to lengthen the screws that tighten the closing mechanism, thus making them function very well. Great job!! Joe is very talented and professional.
