Great customer service. I messed up an order and they sorted it out promptly, which was much appreciated.
I wanted cassettes for roman blinds I had made and was not sure that was even a thing, let alone available in Australia. A Google search led me to Blind Parts by Dave based in Melbourne and they have more than met my expectations. I cannot praise the service highly enough. The componentry is sturdily made and sleek looking. From ordering to receipt was quick. I can highly recommend.
