Having never taken down a blind in my life, Robin made sure to send very informative videos on how to do so. We brought in our blind to be fixed and cleaned, and are very pleased. We had... A LOT of confusion on how to reinstall the blinds when we brought them home lol. But Robin was super patient in explaining how the brackets clip onto the blind. Took some blinds in to be cut. Guy says they need cleaning, so we did that, and of course paid for it. When we got home and unwrapped the blinds, they clearly had not been cleaned. Felt pretty ripped off.
We took in four large metal blinds from our sunroom. They had been there for at least three years prior to us purchasing the home and were filthy. Two of them needed to be recorded and everything turned out wonderfully. They are sparkling clean like brand new blinds and we can put all of them up and down as should be. We were very pleased with the service.
Truly so impressed with this place. Our technician was Kunal and key contact was Robin. They were both exceptional and so knowledgeable. For an additional fee, they included same-day service which included picking up our blinds, fixing them, and reinstalling. Everything was done in a few hours and was most definitely worth the extra $$$.
