Had a really great experience at Blind Master. I brought in some blinds that weren't working as well as they should and the team at Blind master was quick to get them working again and did it all under warranty. They were friendly, timely and very helpful.
I had taken an over 10-year-old Hunter Douglas, silhouette blinds to get fixed and cleaned. Very happy with the results. They were able to get the mechanisms and did a great job cleaning.
I was in Blind Master today looking for advice on our Hunter Douglas Blinds. I needed to replace the old plastic mounting clips due to they broke from fatigue, they’re only 15 years old? Robin was very kind in providing me with two new metal clips at no charge, due to I am the original owner. He explained the proper installation of the clip and how connection with the blind locks into place. All I can say it was a great experience having the knowledge on the product and providing me the parts on site. Thanks again! Andy

I bought Hunter Douglas blinds from a big box store and it took me 2 months to figure out who to call. Finally I called Blind Master to see if they could help me. They said come on in. I just went in to their store on Portage Ave and the person at the desk took a look at my blind, fixed it and gave me a great lesson and took to fix the blind (it was uneven). If I need to buy blinds in the future I’ll come here.
