Excellent service and quality workmanship. I needed my custom auto-retract venetian blinds trimmed to fit a new window install. They did a near-perfect job, with one exception. The bottom rail end caps didn't fit correctly because the measurements were slightly off. I had to trim an additional quarter inch off the bottom rail to get the caps to lock properly into the window frame side clips. Overall, I'm quite satisfied with the work. We have had our blinds for over 20 years, and have needed minimal service. Today I needed a spare part for the valance. Not only were they able to find it for me immediately, but they took the time to properly show me how to install it, and walked me through any potential hiccups. I appreciated the hands on demonstration!!
This was the only place I could find in the greater Edmonton area that actually serviced blinds. I went in looking for replacement cord for a lift shade and the fellow at the service desk was very helpful and knowledgeable. I was prepared to pay $1 per foot for the cord, but he happened to find an already cut length of the cord I needed and didn't charge me a cent! I will gladly drive from Sherwood Park again when our blinds need repairs. Service is not dead!
From the moment I walked into the store, Jennifer was welcoming, professional and had incredible suggestions. Jennifer also made my home visit prompt and comfortable. She was just so full of great suggestions and was so helpful. Our blinds arrived sooner than later, and Scott was sent to install them. Scott was so personable, experienced and efficient.
