After our Hunter Douglas Pirouette blinds were installed, we noticed issues such as gapping, light leakage, and alignment concerns. I reached out to Blind Magic to see if they had some replacement valance clips that I could purchase, as mine we're old, brittle and broken. They confirmed that they were able to obtain the clips from their parts facility and would be able to provide them right away at no charge. I was very impressed with their customer service, support and the fact that they met my needs for no cost. I would highly recommend Blind Magic as they went far beyond my service expectations.
