I previously had Blind Magic supply and install electric blinds in my condo and I have been nothing but pleased with the product and service. I recently decided to have them come back and hang a 14 foot curtain rod for me, as it would prove quite complicated given that it was being anchored into concrete. Needed to replace broken mounting brackets for our Hunter Douglas blinds. Spoke to Lizzy at Blind Magic over the phone who was very friendly and helpful. She had the replacement brackets already set out and ready for pickup by the time I got there later the same morning. Great service!
My Talius remote blind associated with my patio cover required repair. I reached out to Blind Magic, they came out the very next day and made the repair. The Talius remote blind is operating like it was new. Professional and courteous is how I would describe Blind Magic. Thank-you Blind Magic!
