They used to be good before the previous owner.. I've been trying to get hold of them for three weeks sending them emails to call me back or even just answer an email about a technical issue not even one answer no one calls back I have left half a dozen Messages! Anyway Stay away from zip track they are unreliable and high maintenance especially the electronic motorise one - Plus they are very commercial looking
We had a ziptrak blind fitted but the remote stopped working after 2 years. The original installers were great and it initially worked well but the after sales service was very poor. The remote for the blind stopped working after 2 years and the company did not respond to multiple requests for a call back (approx 10 messages left with reception over a month - each time they promised a sales person/technician would call back but never did).
