We had a ziptrak blind fitted but the remote stopped working after 2 years. The original installers were great and it initially worked well but the after sales service was very poor. The remote for the blind stopped working after 2 years and the company did not respond to multiple requests for a call back (approx 10 messages left with reception over a month - each time they promised a sales person/technician would call back but never did). I'm so glad I found these guys. Stylish, high quality product. Excellent communication at all times. Competitive price. And skilled and personable installers (thanks Baydon and Jamie). Tee did everything he could to make sure the blinds were installed in time for a family function. The blinds transformed the outdoor space, and the motorisation makes them so easy to use.
