Had my very old wooden Venetian blinds (bedrooms) replaced recently with ‘faux wood’ ones and I couldn’t be happier with them. They look great and work well. The guys at Blind Doctors, whilst always super busy, are super friendly, efficient and take the time to talk to you. Abby on the phone is super nice too. With regards pricing, I would challenge you to do better. They were much cheaper than other quotes I received for exactly the same product …, and that’s without compromising service or quality. We have just used Blinddoctor for curtain track repairs. The service call was made for 2 days after our phone call to make a booking as that was when they were in our area. The serviceman was exactly on time and very obliging. The work done was excellent and the service charge quite reasonable. All in all a very pleasant experience. Would highly recommend.
Nathan and his team of Brad and Tanya (Ms Efficiency at the Office) went way beyond our wildest dreams in replacing a 3.4 metre track support of our Vertical Blinds at Ocean Plaza Resort, Coolangatta. Our apartment is on Level 22 of 23 and as it transpired the Ambo's Elevator No #3 was just a miniscule 25 mm too restricted to accommodate both the outgoing and incoming tracks ! Dreadful service, unable to recommend. I have attempted for five days to get a blind repair seeking dates etc and still waiting. I will be going elsewhere.
