Nathan and his team of Brad and Tanya (Ms Efficiency at the Office) went way beyond our wildest dreams in replacing a 3.4 metre track support of our Vertical Blinds at Ocean Plaza Resort, Coolangatta. Our apartment is on Level 22 of 23 and as it transpired the Ambo's Elevator No #3 was just a miniscule 25 mm too restricted to accommodate both the outgoing and incoming tracks ! Dreadful service, unable to recommend. I have attempted for five days to get a blind repair seeking dates etc and still waiting. I will be going elsewhere.

I have used this service a few times for broken tracks. So quick and cheaper than any other quote on the coast, what's more convenient is I can drop off and pick up same day!
Thankyou blind doctor. We had a problem with our outdoor awning that we could not roll it in. A big storm was building and it would have been destroyed. Blind doctor came out in a few hours and fixed it for a very minimal charge. Highly recommend this company for all your needs with blinds and shutters. Ann
