Terrible customer service. They never came on time. No communication. Took my money and never came. Terrible experience do not recommend.
I’m 70 years old and spent a small fortune with The Blind Doctor in Robina, thinking I’d get quality service. Instead, I got over two months of delays, excuses, and terrible communication. They mucked me around with appointment after appointment cancelled or pushed back, and I had to chase them constantly just to get the job finished. For the money I paid, it’s a disgrace. Blinds are finally in, but the whole experience was stressful and disappointing. Wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. Samuel G
Worst Company to deal with. UNPROFFESIONAL, NO COMMUNICATION. NO WORK ETHIC. Workers can’t organise themselves let alone a picnic. Better off hiring a possum to do your fittings!
I’ve had a very disappointing experience with this company. I paid my deposit over 2.5 months ago and have been left waiting ever since with no installation completed. Communication has been poor and there’s been no clear timeline or updates provided, which makes the situation even more frustrating.
