Laura Scott took very good care of our special order and all of our questions. She is a yes or let me check kind of person rather than a no person like one of your front desk guys had been to me in the past. Laura was sensational and a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend her.
Very polite and helpful staff but the place is quite dirty. The bathroom was gross. There was toilet paper all over like they had a backup and no one cleaned it up. And the bathroom and store shelves just look they have not been cleaned. I do not expect perfection but the whole place just looks like it needs a good cleaning.
My husband and I went to Bliffert for the first time today. Very knowledgeable staff and the lumber we purchased was 100 times better than Menards or Home Depot for the same price. Will be back!
